It’s learned that the number of inkjet printers in Sichuan breaks 170 up to now, and is expected to reach 200 at the end of 2014. It only takes less than 3 years for ceramic enterprises in Sichuan to introduce so many inkjet printers.

Tiles made by inkjet printer bring a new experience for local customers with its HD textures, rich colors and special designs, which, of course, are more suitable for the trend of fashion, individuality, art and eco-friendly.

It’s told that the inkjet tiles are more expensive than those by conventional technology. By contrast, the enterprises in Sichuan tend to think inkjet printers are more valuable for further development.

Meanwhile,with the popularity of domestic inkjet printers, the price has been significantly decreased. The enterprises put more priority to the price of inks instead of that of inkjet printers. As the inks price goes down, inkjet printers have been employed in porcelain tiles, full polished glazed tiles,rustic tiles, exterior wall tiles, motif and border line in ceramic production bases of Sichuan Province.
