Since 18th February, the tile companies of Guangxi production base have started to resume production. Several heads of the tile companies thought that the outlook for the market in 2018 was not bright. They adopted a wait-and-see approach to the market demand. Anyway, all the tile companies of Guangxi are clear about their position and direction. For example, the tile companies in Teng County are accelerating the innovative development and the construction of new production lines.

In early 2018, the plants for permeable tiles and other new materials have been put into operation. “Out plant opened on 23th February. And we started up a production line every day. Now, four production lines are on the stream. In this year, we will run all 7 production lines. Besides, in order to meet the government’s appeal for building Sponge City, we will build and start up a new production line for permeable tiles, which will be put into operation in April with an annual capacity of 75,000 square meters and an output value of 100 million Yuan.” the general manager of Xinduo Ceramics said. It has been revealed that after Xinduo Ceramics built the new production line, it will be the largest tile company in Guangxi production base.

Currently, the tile companies of Guangxi production base are busy in changing intelligent and automatic machines. AoDa Ceramic has introduced automatic machines so as to improve the production efficiency and lower the labor costs. 

In 30th January 2018, Oceano Ceramics built a new production base in Teng County. It is expected that the new production base will be put into production in September this year. Many insiders of the tile industry of Guangxi said, the entry of Oceano Ceramics will help to prompt the development of the whole tile industry of Guangxi and attract more excellent tile companies to move into Guangxi.

It is worth noted that, in Guiping and Wuming, the other two tile cities of Guangxi, the tile companies are also preparing to stir up innovation and launch new products. The general manager of Gaogui Ceramics Xie Jiangyi said, he planned to increase his commitment to update the product category so as to exploit the business.
