Recently, the judges of China Ceramics Pioneers List visited many registered companies of Shandong production base. During the period, the judges found out new changes of Shandong production base.

New progess of the Measures

In the beginning of 2018, under the guidance of the Measures of Arranging Industrial Companies to Retreat from the City and Go Back to the Industrial Park, the government of Zibo and Linyi and Haier Group and  Shandong New Star Group agreed to establish the strategic cooperation on the construction of a demonstration zone for Zibo’s ceramic industry which was named Ririshun Ceramic Industrial Park. As the giant of appliance industry Haier Group entered into the ceramic industry, it was getting a lot of attention. Actually, it has been planned for more than a year.

Currently, 10 ceramic companies are confirmed to move into the zone. The first stage of the plants have finished. Now, the machines are waiting to be installed.

Jinyi Group is the first one to move into the zone. In 2017, it has built a line for producing interior wall tiles. And it is expected to put into operation in April. 

According to the zone access rules set by the government, the plant should be equipped with the high-end intelligent machines and the investment should not be less than 2.8million yuan/hectare. So, Jinyi Group has equipped 6 presses of Sacmi and the wide kiln and ink-jet printer of JUMPER. In addition, Jinyi Group has registered to enter the plants which would be built in the second stage. It has also planned to build a line for producing the rustic tiles with Haier Group.

Grey marble tiles are selling well.

In the first half of 2017, the jade tiles dominated the market. However, it was replaced by marble tiles, which has a modern style with quite simple textures and finer flatness and durability. It is worth noted that such kind of tiles mainly in grey. 

Oujia Ceramics: 29° nano natural stone. 

The stone tiles have taken the advantage of nano materials to improve the durability. The water absorption rate of the body was cut to close 0.001%.

Yourming Ceramics: Full body marble tiles in grey

This series went on sale on September 2017. So far, it has been sold for 60 million yuan. 

Lion King Ceramics: Marble tiles Shanshui Bai

This series has a great abrasion resistance. It can be installed on the wall and the floor. 

Guorun Ceramics: Modern quartz tiles.

Apart from traditional polished tile and glazed tiles, Guorun Ceramics has also launched the modern quartz tiles.

The size become larger. 

Tongyi Ceramics: JUSHIDAI Carrara 

Tongyi Ceramics has launched the large tiles in 750x1500(mm).

Jiabao Ceramics: the slab in 900x1800(mm)

It has been released that Jiabao Ceramics has equipped its plant with the press of Sacmi and the wide kiln of JUMPER to produce the large tiles in 900x1800(mm) with stable quality.
